CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your participation. We hope you are happy with your participation. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your participation for any reason, you can cancel it and claim it for or exchange of the event . Please see below for more information on our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be postmarked within two days of the participation date. All cancelled tickets must be must be have the valid reason to cancellation.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

To cancel a ticket, please drop email to customer service which is Maasta Help Desk to obtain a Cancellation Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Cancellation charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. / Please note, you will be responsible for all cancellation charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your cancellation.

Refunds

After receiving your cancellation, we will process your exchange of the event . Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your ticket to process your exchange of the event. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your respective account. We will notify you by email when your cancellation has been processed
